Jhulan Goswami, Indian Pace Bowler in Women's Cricket. 

The Bengal native has been the shining face of Indian cricket since 2002. The 39 - year - old Jhulan will no longer be on the field for another World Cup.

Jhulan took 40 wickets in the 36th over against West Indies, dismissing Anisa Mohammad. At the World Cup, Jhulan was third with 36 wickets. 

In the rural village of Chakda in the Nadia district of Bengal, Jhulan was not contained even though the girls did not have adequate training facilities.

She made his ODI debut in 2002 against England in Chennai at the age of 19. Her Test debut (2002) and Twenty20 debut (2006) were against them. Jhulan and Mithali Raj....

She was awarded the Arjuna Award in 2010 and the Padma Shri in 2012. Jhulan was then only the second woman cricketer to receive the Padma Shri after Diana Edulji.
